CINCH® Tube Securement Device
CINCH® promotes the health, safety, and comfort of patients by securely anchoring medical tubes while relieving stress and strain at insertion points.
The AMT CINCH® comes in three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. The Small CINCH® secures medical tubes from 4F to 10F. The Medium CINCH® secures medical tubes from 4F to 17F. The Large CINCH® secures medical tubes from 9F to 30F.
AMT Clamp™
The AMT Clamp™ device can reduce disconnects between the “Christmas Tree”/Stepped adapters and your feed/extension sets. You’ll assist the patient with receiving the essential nutrients while avoiding the mess of lost formula.
Bridle Pro® Accessories
The AMT Bridle™ Family of Nasal Tube Retaining Systems is specifically designed for both pediatrics and adults. Routine bridling has become the standard of care for many ICUs due to improved nutritional outcomes and cost management. Individually packed spare Bridle Pro® and AMT Bridle™ clips can be ordered in a box of 5 each based on your facility needs.
micro G-JET® and G-JET® Button Gastric + Jejunal Sets
As an added safety feature, the AMT G-JET® Low Profile Button Family has mutually-exclusive ports – meaning the Gastric extension set will ONLY properly lock into the Gastric (white) port, while the Jejunal feed set will ONLY properly lock into the Jejunal (Glow Green™) port.
micro G-JET® and G-JET® Button Winged Luer Syringe
A 10 ml syringe with a Winged Luer Adapter is included with each AMT G-JET® Button and micro G-JET®. The Winged Luer Adapter facilitates direct G & J port access for physicians to inject contrast dye during placement/replacement of the G-JET® device.
NOTE: The AMT G-JET® may be placed percutaneously under fluoroscopic or endoscopic guidance or as a replacement to an existing device using an established stoma tract. Placement/Removal is to be performed by a qualified clinician.
MiniONE® Family Accessories
AMT’s MiniONE® family of low profile G-Tubes, which includes the Balloon, Non-Balloon, and Capsule Non-Balloon devices, are designed to reduce leaks, improve comfort, and enhance patient outcomes. These devices sit flush against the skin and can be easily concealed under garments, allowing the patient a wide range of motion. All three devices within the MiniONE® Family can use the same style feed sets, which offer Glow Green™ technology!

MiniONE® Non-Balloon/Capsule Non-Balloon Accessories
AMT’s MiniONE® Non-Balloon and Capsule Non-Balloon devices should always be inserted and removed by a qualified clinician. Our devices come packaged with a removal tool sized specifically to your device; however, if your healthcare provider needs a spare tool, it can be ordered separately based on the stoma length of your device.

The Importance of Measuring
Measurement is important in a wide variety of medical procedures. AMT’s Measurement Device Family includes two different devices to fit your unique needs: The Balloon Stoma Measuring Device (BSMD) and the Balloon Measuring Device (BMD).
What Measurement Device Should I Use?
When placing a device from the AMT family of low profile gastrostomy tubes, it is recommended to use our Balloon Stoma Measuring Device (BSMD) to properly measure the stoma.
*NOTE: When replacing any device from the MiniONE® Family of Low-Profile G-tubes, it is extremely important to remeasure the stoma site. Stoma site measurements should be performed by a qualified clinician.
The Balloon Measuring Device (BMD) general use cases may include, but are not limited to:
- MiniSPC® Button placement
- MiniACE® Button placement
- Conversions of a G-tube to a GJ-tube
- Jejunostomy
- Cystostomy
- Cecostomy or appendicostomy
*NOTE: When replacing a MiniSPC® Button or MiniACE® Button, it is extremely important to remeasure the stoma site. Stoma site measurements should be performed by a qualified clinician.
The guidewire compatible BMD and BSMD are visually identical, though the BMD has more broad indications for use.
MiniACE® Cecostomy Button Accessories
AMT has the only FDA cleared balloon button device for antegrade continence enema (ACE) procedures. The MiniACE® Button is cleared for both appendicostomy and cecostomy. The MiniACE® is a low-profile C-Tube and is designed to reduce leaks, improve comfort, and enhance patient outcomes.

Initial Placement
AMT’s Initial Placement Kits (I.P. Kits) provide the essential tools for primary placement of gastrostomy tubes. Various kit components are also available separately!
Traditional G-Tube Family
AMT has three main Traditional Length G-Tubes: the Capsule Dome, the Capsule Monarch®, and the Balloon G-Tube. These devices are placed through the abdominal wall and have an adjustable external bolster. The adjustable external bolster minimizes surface contact with skin, allowing the tissue around the stoma site to breathe. The adjustable bolster can accommodate stoma lengths up to 10cm. The Capsule Dome and the Capsule Monarch® have replacement y-ports based on the French size of the device!
AMT Button (Bard® Equivalent)
The AMT Button is at the forefront of enteral nutrition innovations. The original button (low-profile feeding device) was co-invented and patented by Dr. Michael Gauderer and Dr. George Picha, the founder of AMT. AMT manufactured the original low profile button for distribution by CR Bard. We offer two types of accessories for the AMT Button, Feed Sets, and Decompression sets!

MINI™ Classic
The AMT MINI™ Classic is a Low Profile Balloon Button G-Tube that pre-dates the MiniONE® Balloon Button. The MINI™ Classic offers many of the same features and benefits of the MiniONE®, with two important distinctions: the interlock of the MINI™ Classic is white (vs. Glow Green™), and the interlock is compatible with our 6-XXXX series of feed sets (vs. our 8-XXXX series of feed sets).
