AMT Recommendation: Feed Set Compatibility

To ensure optimal performance and reliability, AMT recommends the exclusive use of AMT extension sets with AMT devices. Although other brands may appear compatible, AMT cannot guarantee their safety, performance, or durability when used in place of AMT extension sets.

What this means for patients/caregivers:

Ask your doctor to write “No substitution” on your prescription.
Remind your home medical equipment (HME) provider that you need AMT extension sets only to avoid compatibility issues.

Why it matters:
