Jaclyn’s MiniONE®
“My sales rep’s compassion and frequent communication gave us tremendous reassurance during an extremely stressful time.”
Jaclyn
My name is Jaclyn, and I have Gastroparesis. I have had an AMT G-JET® feeding tube for two years, and J-tube feeds are my primary source of nutrition. I feed twenty two hours a day. When it was time for me to transition from my pediatric hospital and interventional radiology department to an adult hospital, I faced significant difficulty finding an adult hospital that could supply the AMT G-JET® tube. My mom, who has been my greatest advocate, and I spent hours on the phone contacting several local hospitals on our own, but unfortunately we weren’t successful in finding one willing to or able to accommodate my needs.
Thankfully, my mom and I were able to get in contact with Brandon, Senior Enteral Product Specialist, at AMT. He stepped in during this challenging time and truly went above and beyond. He provided us with a list of hospitals that could provide the type of tube I use and helped us find a facility where I could successfully transition my care. Because of his help, I was able to continue using my AMT low-profile G-JET® tube.
Brandon ensured the availability of the exact tube size I needed and coordinated delivery so that the tube arrived at the hospital on the day of my scheduled tube change. His compassion and frequent communication gave us tremendous reassurance during an extremely stressful time.
My tube change at the hospital Brandon coordinated with went wonderfully, and I will continue receiving future tube changes there while using my G-JET® tube. I truly cannot say enough good things about Brandon—his support made all the difference.
