Alexander was born full term in November 2016. Shortly after his birth, it was clear once we brought him home that something was wrong. He has hypoglycemia. After many months of hospitalization, weight loss, a PICC line, TPN, and failing NG and NJ tubes, our pediatric surgeon recommended a MiniONE® button! The button has saved Alexander’s life! He went from a pale, malnourished, close to death infant to a growing, happy toddler! He is 100% tube fed and dependent and we are so grateful for the button as it keeps our baby boy here!
