Reflecting on a Year of Growth, Gratitude, and Meaningful Milestones

As we close out this year, I want to personally thank each of you: our patients, caregivers, clinicians, partners, and the broader AMT community for being part of our story. Applied Medical Technology, Inc. exists to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, and every conversation, every shared experience, and every moment of trust reinforces why we do what we do.

This year was especially memorable as we celebrated 40 years in business. Four decades of innovation, family-driven values, and patient-focused design is a milestone we are deeply proud of. Seeing how far AMT has come and how many lives our devices have touched has been both humbling and energizing.

We also achieved several important achievements this year:

    • We awarded our first AMT Scholarship, a $4,000 commitment to support the next generation of innovators.
    • We launched RHAPSO®, expanding our surgical portfolio and delivering a simplified suturing experience.
    • We introduced the Small CINCH®, giving clinicians and caregivers another option in medical tube securement.
    • We celebrated the launch of the MiniSPC™, an advancement in suprapubic care built on feedback from patients and providers who needed a more intuitive and comfortable solution.

These accomplishments reflect the heart of AMT: listening, improving, and staying relentlessly focused on what patients truly need.

Inside AMT, I have watched our team approach challenges with resilience and purpose. Many of our employees have been with us for years, and their commitment to craftsmanship, quality, and doing what is right continues to set AMT apart. The pride they take in their work is evident in every device we ship and every improvement we make.

As we move into the new year, our mission remains clear. We are committed to delivering dependable, intuitive medical devices that empower patients, improve outcomes, and support clinicians around the world. We have exciting innovations on the horizon, and we look forward to continuing this journey together.

Thank you for your support, partnership, and belief in AMT. I wish you and your families a safe, joyful holiday season, and a bright start to the new year.

-Dr. George J. Picha, Ph.D., F.A.C.S.
